ANATOMY SERIES
ANATOMY SERIES
Deepen your understanding of the body through movement. This multi-part workshop series blends anatomy education with guided yoga practice to help you recognize, feel, and apply anatomical principles directly on the mat. Each session focuses on a specific region or system of the body—such as the feet and ankles, knees, hips, spine, core, arms and shoulders, nervous system, and circulatory system—and pairs the lecture with a targeted asana practice (including hip openers, arm balances, inversions, backbends, twists, and cooling postures). You’ll also receive an introduction to prenatal considerations for safe and supportive sequencing.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher, trainee, or dedicated practitioner, you’ll leave each workshop with a clearer understanding of alignment, safer movement patterns, improved body awareness, and confidence to support your personal practice or teaching.
