Kaila‘s classes offer you the chance to turn inward and notice what feels best in your own body. Whether it’s Yoga or Barre, she loves to provide opportunities to dive deeper, challenge yourself and know when to rest or back off as sometimes that is the challenge.

After breaking up with burnout, alcohol and corporate, she decided it was time to commit to teaching and guiding full time, which she has done as an instructor in the studio and as a Life Coach. She has been a part of the Align family for a few years and her skills as a project manager have gifted us a rockstar of a manager in the studio to partner with Perrin in building a beautiful new community.

ARIEL GONZALEZ

Chris Loving-Campos is a movement facilitator who has spent years holding intentional spaces across the Denver metro area. His work weaves breath, movement, and presence to support people in softening out of their heads and into their bodies, where real connection begins.

Rooted in Vinyasa, Nidra, and Conscious Breathwork, Chris creates experiences that balance dynamic movement with deep stillness, inviting attunement, and nervous system awareness. Through creative sequencing, intentional breath, and music that keeps the body engaged, Chris supports partners in slowing down, feeling more, and meeting each other with greater ease, honesty, and aliveness – on the mat and in relationship.

By day Chris runs a design and marketing studio creating websites, brands and other marketing related items.

When not guiding or on the computer you can find Chris, his partner and three children exploring the beauty of Colorado.

CHRIS LOVING-CAMPOS

I discovered yoga a little late in life. I attended my first ever studio class in 2017 and almost immediately signed up for my first 200 hr teacher training shortly after. In addition to vinyasa I am also certified in hot, yin, and fitness/HIIT style classes.

Yoga is my therapy. My sanctuary. Yoga has been a HUGE factor in my sobriety journey as well. I gravitate towards teaching to the foundational poses of yoga. It’s important to me to lead a class that’s accessible to all fitness levels/body types/ages. In my class you can expect a slightly vigorous flow paired with an extended cooldown. No matter the class I always make time to end with the longest most relaxing svasana you could ask for.

CHRISTOPHER MAESTAS

Claudia teaches restorative yoga, yin yoga, and vinyasa flow classes.

COURTNEY VALENTI

Striving to fuse physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, I blend soulful music with prana to encourage students to live from a higher place of consciousness and help restore alignment into their beings.
Growing up an avid soccer, lacrosse player and runner with a passion for health and wellness, a trainer recommended I try a hot yoga class in 2005 and I was instantly hooked! Yoga not only helped alleviate physical ailments, but it brought me greater strength, flexibility and mental clarity. I have deep east coast roots but credit the west coast for the inspiration to pursue a career as an accredited yoga teacher and therapist. Striving to fuse physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, I blend soulful music with prana to encourage students to live from a higher place of consciousness and help restore alignment into their beings. I seek to help transform students on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Through therapeutic yogic applications, my hope is to uplift students by guiding them to have more fun on and off the mat.

JACEY THORSEN

I dabbled in yoga for years until moving to the Rocky Mountains in 2013 where I began a serious and consistent practice at my local hometown studio in Evergreen, CO. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Kindness Yoga in 2015, and have continued to build my own practice and knowledge through numerous other trainings with local mentors. I enjoy teaching all styles of yoga, with a particular love for Hot and Yin. Outside of teaching, I have been a Registered Dietitian and Specialty Sales Executive with Nestle Health Science for the last 20 years. I view yoga and meditation as a way to let go of things that are not serving us, as well as an opportunity to explore a deeper connection with self and others that cross our paths. It’s said that we teach what we need to be taught; through this practice I hope you will be able to let the outside world fall away with breath and mindfulness, and come to a place of balance and harmony with body, mind, and spirit. In my spare time I enjoy regular trips to my beloved Sanibel Island, FL where I am an avid collector of sea shells, spending time with my Boston Terrier Emmy and French Bulldog Bruce Wayne, as well as doting on my two nephews Jake and Wyatt.

I’d love to see you on the mat!

KARLA BIZUP

Kayla aims to empower practitioners through breathwork, powerful flows, and freedom of choice in their practice.
She believes one of the most important aspects of yoga is the internal dialogue practioners can have while on their mat. She encourages a connection to body and breath while offering playful challenges. As a practioner, Kayla found yoga as a place to find community while she moved around the country. Once she landed in Colorado, she felt a renewed passion in her practice and was encouraged to teach! While practicing, she enjoys hot yoga, heated power flows, and balancing challenge and grace. Off the mat she enjoys paddleboarding, leaning in to life-long learning, and her dog River!

KAYLA STOUDT

I have been practicing hot yoga exclusively for approximately 15 years. I took my first hot yoga class at a local gym in the middle of my journey to lose 100 pounds and I instantly feel in love with the practice and how I felt during and after. After having my son in early 2016 I was really struggling with post partum weight gain my own self perception and I had completely abandoned my practice and most other physical activity. My husband had found a yoga studio near our house that was offering a free week of yoga and so I tried that studio out and reignited my passion for my practice. It seemed only natural that I become an instructor to take my knowledge and commitment to my own practice even deeper. When you come to my class you can expect a thoughtfully curated playlist, an easy going vibe and that above all else, it’s just yoga, so come as you are and enjoy your practice no matter how it goes. My favorite hot teacher that I ever had used to say that there is “no judging or critiquing” our practices and you can often hear me sharing that same sentiment. I consider myself an old school hot yogi and prefer the 90 minute format along with consistent heat and humidity throughout class.

Outside of Align I am the President of an organization that supports children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Colorado, Nevada, Wyoming and Montana. I also share my home and my heart with a woman who has Down Syndrome who has lived with me and my family since 2008. I am a transplant to Colorado from Cape Cod, MA and I am still deeply connected to my New England routes and visit there often where I now spend long chunks of time in Mid Coast Maine. In my limited free time I enjoy my own hot practice, traveling, a good martini, being outside, a cool murder mystery documentary and spending time with my husband Matt, son Kellan, our Frenchie Webster and black lab, Sula.

LYDIA SCHAPIRO

I’m Ozzie. I’m a 200hr certified yoga instructor in Power Flow who’s been teaching for over 7 years. I, truly, believe that movement is the Fountain of Youth, and yoga is a style of movement that bolsters all other styles from dance to sports and so on.

Moving your body and breathing with intention grants you such a power over your mind and body, and I hope all people strive to achieve such power. Yoga is meant for everyone, and I love to create spaces in which you feel you belong: to the practice, in your mind and body, the room, the community, and the world. Also, I think of Yoga as adult playtime, so I try to bring a playfulness and youthful spirit in all of my classes. I consider my sequences to have that spirit mixed with my creativity and innovativeness. It’s all Play and my hope is we get to play in our bodies for as long as possible.
