MEET AMY LONGE
She loves to challenge you by building internal strength & heat while also making space for you to check back in and feel the life force energy you are creating inside of your body.
Amy’s classes are rooted in mindfulness and breath – always starting slow to support dropping into the body and becoming present to build intentional movement and flow. She enjoys holding space for yogis, helping to build safety and body awareness within, in hopes to strengthen the mind-body connection. She provides a safe space to explore movement and stillness, ensuring you take what you need throughout class. Her classes build within the hour, offering modifications to meet your body where it is at in the moment. You’ll leave feeling strong and soft, rested yet energized and overall more connected as you go about your day.
