MEET LINDSEY MCDANIEL

Lindsey is passionate about blending modern and traditional yoga to help you build a mind, body, breath connection and feel your best.

Lindsey has been practicing yoga for 15 years and is a RYT-200. She is passionate about blending modern and traditional yoga to help you build a mind, body, breath connection and feel your best. In Lindsey’s class you can expect to breathe, move, and feel in a vinyasa flow that will inspire peace and presence into your daily life. Outside of class you’ll find her working at her job in tech, traveling, exploring the outdoors with her husband Tommy and dog Brodie, or catching a concert at Red Rocks.
